Hayfield Football
Thanks to Jean Mulroy Martelli we have been made aware of a Hayfield Football page.
Schedules, scores, pictures, and a brief History of Hayfield's Football Program are on the site.
The History section allows you to message them with your thoughts and information you might have about Hayfield's Football History. Of course we here would appreciate things like Programs and other items to present on our site. Say, a copy to us, and one to them.
Sports History has been made.
Hawks Boys Basketball Team end the season as State Champs with a 32 and 0 Record.
WE ARE ONE! HAWK PRIDE!
We have been asked to help to find any information about a missing Hayfield Student.
This case is from the mid to late 70's

Recognize this work of art?
This Mural is just inside the number 2 entrance of the School.
Painted by Ken Marlow (78) and donated to the School.
Ken is an artist of some fame, having works purchased by collectors.
Ken suffered a couple of Strokes and is currently undergoing therapy to recover.
While Ken is making progress, it is a long slow road to recovery.
Ken has a Go Fund Me Page to help with his treatments.
Having been an artist all of his life, he doesn't have the resources to pay for his recovery like some of us are fortunate to have.
Please consider helping out a fellow Graduate, especially one as talented as Ken.

Hayfield Secondary, the Beginning
Hayfield High/Intermediate School was to open in September of 1968. Due to construction delays Students didn't begin classes in the new building until January of 1969. This web site is dedicated to all Alumni, but especially the Students who were there during those early years and helped shape the School and it's Traditions.
We decided the School Colors, Year Book name, School Paper name, and so on. Hayfield was officially named Hayfield Secondary School in 1971. We set the tone of what Hayfield would be in the years to follow, establishing the traditions that would live on as the School grew over the years.
Enjoy your look into the past. Alumni, be proud that you helped forge the beginnings of the proud traditions that carry Hayfield Secondary School in to the future!
